Our client is a multi-office firm with offices throughout Kent and South East London. They are currently undergoing rapid expansion and seek an experienced Letting Negotiator for branches in SE London / North Kent boarders. Earning in excess of £25k the requirement for this position is for:• A well-presented and sales professional • With the ability to demonstrate a consistent track record • A minimum of 1 years’ experience of being a lettings negotiator• Role includes; dealing face to face with landlords/applicants; conducting viewings negotiations and lease preparation• Excellent packages available for the right candidates• Opportunities for senior negotiators to ‘take the next step’• Willing to commit to work hard in order realise success including working Saturdays (day off in lieu) – 5 day week.
