They have had a recent increase in business in their commercial property management department and are now looking to recruit an experienced commercial/block manager to join their team.Duties to include:* Liaising with landlords* Client accounts* Managing the buildings* Lease renewals* Budgeting* Health & Safety* Management Fee’sThis department is very busy and needs someone to come in and take on all the aspects of the job from day one so experience in most of these areas is essential.
