Sales Progression is an ideal role for an experienced Estate Agency professional looking to further their career and enjoy normal office hours Monday to Friday. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of the property conveyancing process or experience of estate agency sales progression.Duties will include: to drive the team call volumes and sales of third party services and remain compliant with legislation and company systems meet exchange targets undertake weekly staff 1:1 performance reviews and identify underperformance coach and develop the team to ensure that staff have the right levels of business/conveyancing knowledge.It is essential that candidates have previous conveyancing/sales progression experience and can demonstrate the ability to hit and exceed company targets. Also excellent communication skills and be well spoken and articulate.
