Estate Agency listing manager required for our Clients very successful and busy Windsor office.Previous Estate Agency experience is essential for this role including experience of the sale and valuation of high end property.The role of the Valuer involves: to build and maintain strong client relationships identify client requirements and match those to the property portfolio have a polite and confident manner face to face and on the phone and be able to communicate details effectively. You must manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels undertake market appraisals and secure instructions to market property assist in managing existing instructions to ensure on going client satisfaction.It is essential in the Valuers role to be target driven and tenacious able to work effectively within a team and remain motivated and enthusiastic at all times. Display high standards of service and presentation. To perform this role you need to hold a full driving licence.Excellent remuneration package includes; basic salary uncapped commission and incentives.
