A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well established Estate Agency with a fantastic brand and solid reputation in Ruislip Middlesex.The ideal Negotiator for this role will be an articulate and well presented Estate Agent who is capable of conducting viewings and valuations competently consistently winning new instructions and contributing to the profitability of the office in this challenging market.The successful Sales Negotiator should have a minimum of 6 months experience of the property market along with excellent communication skills and excellent presentation skills.A professional work ethic good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.
