Due to the continued success of our clients new homes department they are looking to employ a New Homes Sales Manager. The New Homes business provide a specialist service within the Development Team selling high quality new build developments throughout London. The centrally based office manages sale of multiple schemes at one time and has a significant pipeline of new sites due to launch over the course of the next 12 months.They require someone who is:• A pro-active dynamic individual to assist in driving this department to further success. • The New Homes Sales Manager will report directly to the Development Director• They will be responsible for delivery of sales client management • Assisting the Development Director in new business generation.The ideal candidate will have• A strong agency background • Be able to demonstrate a desire to work within a residential development team • Experienced senior negotiators will be considered for this role.For more information regarding this opportunity please call us on 0203 7719426.
