A great opportunity to join a well established independent property specialist in Pinner as a lettings negotiator.With a knowledgeable team of professionals the company pride themselves on achieving results and providing excellent customer service and are looking for a like minded individual to join them.Key responsibilities:- Answering the telephone- Dealing with tenant and landlord enquires – Registering applicants – Attending viewings- General administration dutiesQualifications and experience:- Experience in a lettings negotiator or similar role- Well developed written and verbal communication skills- Happy to take personal ownership for the quality and timeliness of work – Be able to work on own initiative as well part of a team- Proactive and helpful approach – Flexible and adaptable nature- IT literate – Experience of Qube (previously Aspasia) advantageousRequirements of the role:- Use of own car- Clean driving license – Able to work 8:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 6:00pm on Fridays and 9:00am to 5:00pm on alternate SaturdaysIf you are looking to join a firm that can offer career progression and development please call Alexis for more details on 0203 771 9426.
