Our client are a leading and highly regarded firm in Central Birmingham. Due to high levels of business they are looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced Service Charge Co-ordinator.Job Role:* Responsible for coordinating information and costs relating to service charges.* Ensure services works and repairs provide and properly identified and relative costs included in the service charge account.* Responsible for inputting all information into the computer system for calculating service charges.* Provide completed accounts to the Service Charges Manager for inspection.* Respond to queries* Develop maintain and update systems and processes relative to service charge accounts.Key Skills Required:* Demonstrate understanding of financial information systems and ability to interpret such information.Ability to interpret Landlord and Tenant and other relevant legislation in relation to the duties of the post.* Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and to strict deadlines.* The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written and verbal.* The ability to prioritise workload and problem solve.You must have experience in this role already and be a hardworking professional who works to the highest standard at all times.For more details or to apply please contact Kellie on 0121 222 5011 or email your cv to kellie.wright@amrgroup.co.uk.
