A great opportunity to join a well established Estate Agency firm in Portishead. Looking for a sales progressor to join their successful team the role will involve working alongside the Sales Negotiators progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion.The role with require the successful applicant to deal with Solicitors Surveyors Mortgage Lenders Estate Agents Home Buyers and Vendors. You will be chasing the progression from each party making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place. This role heavily involves telephone liaison and administration and the ideal candidate will have experience working to tight deadlines with a large pipeline. The ideal candidate for the role will be target drive and tenacious with excellent listening skills and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. A good understanding of the buying and selling process is essential for the role and therefor Estate Agency/New Homes experience is a pre requisite.
