Senior Lettings Negotiator required for our Client a busy agent based in Kettering.The role of the Senior Lettings Negotiator will involve assisting in the management of the existing portfolio of properties carrying out viewings valuations inventories and inspections. Registering new landlords and prospective tenants.The right candidate must have experience in a similar Lettings role be able to multi-task and prioritize their workload be well presented and have the ability to offer exceptional customer service. As a Senior Lettings negotiator you need to also have the ability in supervise and mentor where necessary the current team.
