ESTATE AGENT – UPMINSTER ESSEXSALES NEGOTIATOR – RM14A Highly successful Independent estate agency firm are looking to recruit a sales negotiator for their busy office in Upminster EssexThe main purpose of the sales negotiator role will be to deal with clients when they come in to the office as well as deal with telephone enquiries. It will be your job as sales negotiator to phone out new properties to the applicant database and generate viewings as well as confirming appointments and managing the diary. You will also be responsible for carrying out viewings and negotiating sales client feedback and other duties as instructed by the manager. This will be working mainly for the Estate Agency sales side but will also include some cover in the lettings side of the business.You will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal with people face to face.
