A very rarely available exciting varied and hugely rewarding position has become available for an expanding multi-office independent agent on the Hampshire/Surrey boarders.The company is looking for a person to join them as the Head of Lettings and would be based in Fleet.This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing lettings manager looking for their next challenge or a senior negotiator who has the drive and determination to take the next step in their career.All candidates need to have relevant experience within the lettings industry.The company is looking for someone who will be responsible for both the day-to-day operational running of their lettings function and the strategic decision making to drive the department forward.The role looks after a lettings team of 4 people and a property management department of 4 people with further expansion due soon.Ideally you will be ARLA Qualified Up-to-date with current legislation and well versed in the lettings market.A proven track record of managing a Lettings department is essential sound financial knowledge and an understanding of departmental profit and loss.You will manage and motivate sales teams and non-sales teams effectively be computer literate and able to travel to all branches.In return the company offers a basic salary of c.£30k/£40k (depending on experience) and an OTE of c.£55k.Does this sound like you and do you have the relevant experience and drive?If so to apply contact us on 01202 979880 078 999 474 77 or stuart.preece@amrgroup.co.ukFollow us on Twitter for the latest jobs and news at: StuartP_AMR
