This is a rare opportunity to join a first class sought after estate agency within the South Hams area as an experienced Valuer / Senior Sales Negotiator with a basic salary of 25-28k PA.The successful candidates will ideally possess a sound knowledge of the industry and have had at least 3 years’ experience in Estate Agency at Senior Valuer level. They will be committed to providing unrivalled levels of customer service whilst building relationships at all levels and achieving results. They will also actively demonstrate the ability to expand and develop the current role and add value to the office and the company.The successful Sales Negotiator candidate will have the following skills and experiences:-At least 3 years’ experience in agency sales. -Experienced and knowledgeable of the sales progression process. -A strong understanding of the industry and local property market -Dedication to delivering unprecedented levels of customer service -Proven track record in winning instructions including some upper end properties.-The ability to generate new business and build relationships with colleagues and clients-Experience with dealing with properties at the higher end of the market – An excellent track record of valuing and taking on high end properties.-Excellent communication skills -Articulate and presentable-Full Driving LicenceIn return you will be given the opportunity to work in a beautiful part of the South Hams as a Senior Sales Negotiator for a company with an excellent reputation as an employer. Salary is negotiable IRO 25-28k depending on level of application however it is reflective of the high importance of this role to the overall success of the team.
