Business Development Manager required for busy and expanding Auction House.The role of the Business Development Manager is to build relationships with new and existing clients also to self-generate leads via telephone/face to face contact. Our Client is a specialist Auction company based in Milton Keynes travel will be required across the UK and abroad. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and commission driven individual with exceptional people skills to join a fast growing company.A Business Development Manager must be able to present to all levels develop long-term valued relationships maintain sales performance relative to targets promote the company and its services at all times and also highlight other revenue opportunities to maximise business growth.The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills a strong Sales aptitude and be motivated by commission. The successful candidate must have a proven sales and customer facing background which could be business to business Estate Agency or from other related customer service and sales sectors.Basic salary circa £25k based on experience. OTE in the region of £50k in the first year with the realistic opportunity to earn £60/£70K in year two.
