Our client a well-established Estate Agents in Ilford They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.As expected of such a role the Property Manager will be expected to take responsibility for duties including the maintenance of properties liaising with contractors and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations of all properties under management.This position would suit an individual who enjoys problem-solving negotiating and dealing with relevant parties on maintenance issues.To be considered for this position the following requirements are necessary:-Minimum of 2 years’ experience of Property Management-Previous experience of managing residential properties in London will be considered an advantage.-ARLA qualification is desirable although not essential-Good current knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is essential-Excellent negotiation skills-Excellent interpersonal skills-Full driving licence & Own Car-Good knowledge of the local area.Basic Salary £25k For more information call Charlotte Gowers on 07923 671814 or email CV to charlotte.gowers@amrgroup.co.uk
