Area Manager required for one of the UK’s leading property specialists in letting sales and buy-to-let. This position will oversee our client’s North West region which currently includes the Altrincham Fallowfield Manchester Wigan Bolton and Warrington branches. Candidate profile:A self-motivated well presented confident leader with great motivational and organisation skills. Property Industry experience and qualificationsThe ability to communicate effectively at all levelsStrong people management skills can motivate train and counselAbility to influence and quickly build rapport and long standing relationshipsPositive mental attitudeDriven by high performance and resultsEntrepreneurial ability to spot opportunitiesFull driving licence as the role may involve some travelReporting to the Lettings Director the role will involve a wide variety of duties such as:Managing performance and profitability including;Assisting the Lettings Director with the implementation of Board approved strategiesWorking alongside the Branch Managers to ensure the North West area contributes profitably to the CompanyActive involvement in the presentation and explanation of the annual branch budgetsMonitoring arrears levels within the branchesManaging employees including;Responsible for the selection training and development of all branch staffEnsure all staff are fully conversant with and comply with all relevant legislationHold constructive monthly local meetings with staffMonitoring absenceBusiness Development including;Identify and seek through both local research and knowledge and active networking acquisition opportunitiesIdentify and maximise all opportunities to increase income streams Assist with valuations and subsequent negotiations when necessarySeek and maximise all opportunities for the advertising marketing and promotion of the branchesIn return our client will offer a competitive salary in the region of 40000 with an OTE of 50000 and benefits package including company car personal development and the opportunity to work for an expanding Company who can offer you a rewarding and progressive career.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity and feel you have the skills to suit this role please send in your application as soon as possible to shaun.brogan@amrgroup.co.uk
