Our client is a leading property group with successful strategic offices placed throughout the UK.They are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join one of their well established branches that is focused on delivering results.Key Responsibilities:- Qualify applicants to advise of their purchasing ability. – Secure and carry out appointments offering Mortgage & related product advice.- Provide feedback to residential team in respect of progress of leads provided- To offer protection advice relating to key insurance risk areas such as Life/Mortgage protection Critical Illness cover Accident Sickness & Redundancy protection Buildings & Contents Insurance.- To work closely with the team to motivate them to generate appointments.Ideal candidate:- Must be fully CeMap Qualified or equivalent.- Previous experience within a mortgage services environment is essential – Numerate and detail conscious – IT Literate – Provide high standard of customer service. – Organised self motivated and a team player. – Target driven.- Excellent communication skills. – Able to work under pressure and in a target orientated environment. – Driving license/car owner.
