Experienced Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of one year’s experience in the lettings sector.The successful candidate will be based at either our clients Eltham or New Cross office but will cover a wide part of South East London.As one of the most successful and well know brands in South East London and Kent our client is looking for a diligent individual who is happy to deal with:• Landlords and tenants in a fast-moving part of the capital.• Has a comprehensive understanding of the entire letting process• Has familiarity with the latest lettings legalities and regulations• Well organized with excellent time management and is well presented• Would like to join a progressive and fast moving company with opportunities to develop their careers• Who is a car driver with their own vehicle.
