A great opportunity to join a growing Independent Property Management firm in North London. Looking for a Property Manager/Block Manager the purpose of the role is to manage the Companies residential property portfolio and assist in the running of some of their Commercial property also. The ideal candidate for the role will come from a strong lettings and property management background preferably with some Block Management experience and will be able to work well under pressure. You will have the ability to build a rapport with landlords tenants and contractors and will have strong administrative skills.
