Working for an established Property investment company this role is primarily for generating new investment opportunities and investors and retaining existing business. Applicants MUST have previous experience dealing with developers news builds and investment properties. Dealing with high net worth & overseas investors the successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing new build & off plan volume units for this companies clients. Working remotely some of the key responsibilities include:• Generate New investment opportunities• Specifically Off Plan or new developments• Dealing with day to day enquiries• To retain existing Investment Clients and their property Management• Meet agreed targets• Building business and client relationships• Managing a territory and will involve monthly overseas travel• Coordinating marketing campaigns• Be effective at maintaining company database (Reapit)• Working with and managing a sales assistant and sales support staff• preparation agreement and delivery of an annual business plan and agreed targets.The right candidate for this role will:• Will have had previous experience• Dealt with Property Sourcing new build or land purchasing ideally at the higher end• Comprehensive sales and marketing acumen • Have be mature and comfortable dealing with high net work clients• Have excellent inter personal skills• Have the flexibility & home arrangements to travel• Have a clean drivers licence
