Negotiator - Lettings

Exceptional customer service skills and high levels of communication are essential.The successful candidate must have a proven track record and experience in the Lettings industry and preferably will be ARLA qualified. We require an individual who is professional methodical and organised who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail.The role is varied and interesting. Being part of a small team you will be expected to be adaptable and flexible and will need a strong understanding of the lettings process. You will be expected to maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on whilst working closely with the director to drive the business forward. Key Responsibilities:-Business generation including valuations-Viewings-Property inspections-Administration of tenancies-Compliance and new regulation awareness-Managing tenant referencing process-Maintaining the property register -Dairy management-Liaising with landlords tenants and contractors -Dealing with maintenance issues-Use of the CFP accounting system The Individual: -Efficient and well organised with attention to detail -Confident with a professional approach-Excellent communication skills-Computer literate-Exceptional customer service skills -Team player -Self motivated-Able to prioritise effectively -Reliable-Well presented and articulate-Accounting skills-Organisation and Prioritisation-Planning and time management-Clean driving licence
