Orchard & Shipman is a leading residential lettings and property management business with over 25 years’ experience in handling the assets of private landlords residential portfolio owners and large corporate and institutional investors.We are experiencing a period of exciting growth and are looking to expand our rapidly growing and talented team with an experienced Area Lettings Manager. You will be responsible for implementing a business development strategy and ensuring that the lettings team grow our property portfolio and achieve our income targets by motivating managing performance and providing support and training.You will have at least 2 years’ experience of leading managing and motivating a field-based lettings team. You will have sound knowledge of the latest lead generation techniques and be flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of our customers. You will be based at our Head Office in Cippenham Berkshire however spend most of your time in the field covering the South & West London areas as well as areas including Brighton & Bedford – so a valid driving licence and access to a car is essential.
