Is it just me or do other agents find it annoying when their counterparts don’t list/carry out full floor plans?
Most London firms show floor plans with measurements, but doesn’t seem to be normal practice outside of the capital.
I work in London but live in Hertfordshire, and firms local to my house never publish proper floor plans.
That and those that omit total space sq ft or otherwise.
Just think if the owners had chosen the cheapest* of the passive intermediary ‘list and leave alone’ firms they could have saved £4,859,402*
*Based on a convenient, cherry picked, bit of market research from 5 years ago.
