It is a two-bedroom semi in Llanelly Hill, Abergavenny, which was added to Rightmove last September 2.
We can’t say much more abut the property because it is apparently “coming soon . . . the property is being updated”.

One only has to look who the agent is. Is anyone surprised? Is this another false listing to spin their numbers game, PR and stock market rating? I wonder if the vendor knows?

So its is, I did a search on town and price and it didn’t show. Am I surprised by RM poor search facility, no.
How local is local? PB Shirley, Birmingham is 90 miles away (2 hour drive) and they will have all the local knowledge a prospective buyer would want to know. Oh yeah.

At least their vendor will receive notification of the offer unlike TheSecretAgent who misrepresents offers in favour of selling to customers using his mortgage consultant
