We’re not quite sure how private it is, given neighbouring properties plus the height of the fence.

And as some of that seems to have fallen down, we’re not too sure about “secure” either.

As for inviting – let’s just say that easyProperty’s description is probably not one that Monty Don would apply to it, especially if he was standing in the manicured loveliness of next door’s garden.
