Picture of the Week – and this was spotted in Gerrards Cross.
The leafy Buckinghamshire town is probably best known – for the last 47 years –as the trading post of the industry’s larger than life legend Trevor Kent, aka Big T.
What does he think of Chewton Rose moving out?
He told us: “To quote that famous song, if you can’t make it in Gerrards Cross, you can’t make it anywhere.”
Mind you, Kent admits he wouldn’t mind calling it a day soon too, he told EYE, and suggested that he would like to receive offers on a postcard. He probably meant via Snapchat.
Strange, though, we never had him down as the retiring kind.

How does anyone take a photo with not a single vertical or horizontal reference, vertical or horizontal?
I had an old work iPhone that used to do that. I could never quite get it straight, no mater how much I tried to adjust the phone!
