OnTheMarket has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the issue of 1,071,035 new ordinary shares.
They have been issued to “certain new and existing” agents who have signed new long-term listing agreements.
OTM expects admission this week, on November 6.
Following admission, the total number of ordinary shares in the company will be 64,817,948.
The shares closed on Friday at around 71.5p, a drop of nearly 3% during the day.
