OnTheMarket is to go live on January 26.

The launch will be supported by a big national media campaign, including television adverts, currently in production. These will be aired nationally on ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and other satellite channels.

There will also be a high-profile press campaign which will include The Times, Telegraph, Sunday Times, Daily Mail, Country Life, Evening Standard, Scotsman and Glasgow Herald.

Other launch marketing will include agents’ branding on their marketing material, plus a co-branded email campaign to the databases of all Agents’ Mutual member firms.

Email templates and promotional leaflets will be provided to agents.

A series of meetings has also been announced, taking place across the UK between December 8 and 11, with invitations going out this week.

These meetings will give agents the chance to see, pre-launch, what OnTheMarket.com will look like. Agents will also be sent a pack of branded materials.

Chief executive Ian Springett said: “It is the outstanding support from agents which has put us in such a strong position for launch.

“We are as confident as ever that we are on track to deliver together a high-impact market entry.”

He also warned agents to manage their other portal contracts.
