I believe that bringing someone in to estate agency from outside our industry can be a very good thing. There is so much to learn from other businesses.in my view.
Do you have a good example of a very succesful large national Simon ?
When will these companies learn-Estate Agency is unique in the UK and only those with experience form years at the sharp end- in my opionion- make it work.
Good luck.
It can go either way. A big fail for Alison Platt but fresh eyes can sometimes really help. Depends how much power the COO is given too.
No estate agency experience? Good luck.
