Unfortunately, Sh** Houses will not get through EYE’s bad language filter, but we have to admit we’re rather amused by its Twitterings – although we’re not sure that your sellers would be exactly overjoyed to find their properties on it.
Sh** Houses doesn’t tweet every day and it can’t always find something sh** about all properties.
But it does find some delights simply by dint of trawling estate agents’ particulars, Rightmove, etc, to find all the features that it thinks buyers really, really wouldn’t want.
We like comments, such as “Incredibly low ceiling. Suit buyer who enjoys examining Artex”.
And “On Friday nights we generally stay in and look at the dried flower arrangement in the fireplace”.
Something to cheer you up on, well, one of those days perhaps? Best keep your sellers in blissful ignorance, though.

Oh, I wish I’d had Twitter when I used to work in Hackney & Tottenham back in the 90’s. Some of the things I saw were unbelievable.
