The New Year might be only three days old but we already have a clear winner for Estate Agency Boss of the Year.
Mr Rutley – aka grumpy old estate agent and whose people skills are second to none – has delivered his annual motivational address to staff.
He told them to be fired with enthusiasm, or be fired with enthusiasm.
Come on, Peter Knight, book him as your keynote speaker for this year’s EA Masters. You know it’s exactly what the likes of Messrs Knight and Frank need to put fire in the belly of their already pumped-up negotiators.

Sorry Ros, we won’t be booking him for the EA Masters – it took another Mr Knight an age to get rid of Mr Rutley; from what he’s told me, Mr.R is unemployable as well as so last century!
