A firm has introduced technology whereby viewers can track the location of the agent on the way to the property.
Allsopp & Allsopp have introduced the facility in both their Dubai and midlands branches.
The ‘Find my Agent’ technology also allows viewers to give their feedback and make offers.
Sellers can view all feedback, offers, viewings and reports online.
Allsopp & Allsopp say that more features will be added.
CEO Carl Allsopp said: “Everything will be for the convenience of our clients.”
The firm, founded in 2008, recruits a number of UK agents to their business in Dubai, and also has branches in Coventry, Nuneaton and Leamington Spa.

Unfiltered viewing feedback? Ha! That’ll test the delicate sensibilities of a few vendors when ”while they thought the property ticked several boxes they said that they’ve seen several others requiring less work for similar money” becomes “£350,000 for that ****hole?! You have to be mental!”

Silly, very silly idea. Wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole, create more problems than its worth and who is in control? Offers no advantage to the business. A great way to start arguments …. the customer is always right … lol.
Makes you wonder if the employer doesn’t trust his staff, great way to treat staff!

More beneficial if the agent could track the viewer, at least then we could see if they have been bothered to get out of bed whilst we stand shivering by the roadside having arrived in time!

Tracking where the Viewers are, or are not turning up, then sending them a bill for time wasted?

Added tech should be, if the viewer doesn’t show… you can send a few VOLTS via their mobile straight into their lap.
