Century 21 UK has become the first estate agency in this country to white-label the Moovshack property app, as part of its efforts to support its growing franchisee base.

The customer engagement app allows franchisees the opportunity to engage with customers from start to finish; from viewing property viewings and organising valuations to signing the documents to complete a sale.

Moovshack, which launched four years ago, seeks to streamline the property buying process and enhance the relationship between buyers, sellers and agents all through a single platform.

The app offers users instant messaging services, in-app scheduling for viewings or valuations and e-signatures, as well as a property portal where users can rate properties.

Century 21 UK has covered the costs of the white-labelled application for two years on behalf of franchisees.
