Connells Group has adopted eSignatures from Yoti for its sales and lettings business across a number of its brands.
eSignatures has been rolled out across the group’s Connells, Sequence, Sharman Quinney, Peter Alan, Rook Matthews Sayers and Gascoigne Halman estate agency and lettings branches.
Yoti’s eSigning platform enables estate agents to send documents electronically and manage their signing processes online.
Connells Group IT Solutions & Development Director, Nigel Trevor, said: “The feature set Yoti has developed as part of their engagement with us will enhance significant aspects of our customer on-boarding processes, as well as helping to improve efficiencies.
“We have been impressed with the product development on Yoti since our initial engagement and, as the wider Yoti platform matures, we look forward to extending our relationship as part of our shared vision for improvement and digital transformation across our business areas.”
Yoti has been implemented across 600 Connells Group branches and is used for lettings and sales operations.

I imagine this is far more trivial than upcoming news from Connells re. branch closures, brand culls and re-brands of the Countrywide estate.
Your post would indicate you’ve read little-to-none of the articles or press releases regarding the acquisition.

Whilst you might disbelieve the above, it’s important to remember that in some towns pre-acquisition (e.g. Peterborough), Connells operated under three trading names (William H Brown, Sharman Quinney, Connells). It is often actually more financially beneficial to operate multiple branches under different names than one. The combined profit of all 3 would not be matched or beaten by operating out of just one branch/brand. There is therefore little reason to close any branch making any profit and/or remove well-known high street brands.
