Foxtons is adding five new offices to its current network of 51 branches.
The new Barnes, Walthamstow, West Hampstead, Ruislip and Bromley offices will open in March and April.
All will launch with Foxtons’ customary 0% commission.
Nic Budden, chief executive officer, said: “We are very excited to take the next step in our expansion strategy with the launch of these new offices.
“With years of experience operating in these areas from our neighbouring offices, we now look forward to offering our unparalleled expertise and knowledge to the local communities.”

Well done Foxtons – As much as a bad rep you sometimes get its good to see high street agency doing well.
Just glad you are not in my area!
They seem to know a little more than you appear to.
Don’t these fools realise it’s all goin on line! In (insert number of years here) there won’t be estate agents. What do Foxtons know about selling houses anyway?! – Jonnie
