The Belvoir Group has become the latest agency to sign to Boomin as a founder agent.

The properties of the franchising group’s four estate agency brands, Belvoir, Northwood, Newton Fallowell, and Lovelle, spanning a branch network of some 313 offices nationwide, will all feature on the platform when it launches in the coming weeks.

A number of major operators have expressed support for Boomin, including Century 21, Hunters, Foxtons, Chancellors, Bidmead Cook, Balgores, Miles & Barr, among others.

However, industry feedback has been mixed, with a number of agents opting not to list properties with the new soon-to-launch portal.
