I love the cliche description “set in this sought after …” and the property is accessed through “its own private entrance front door” …what as opposed to not having one or going through someone else’s?!
As opposed to a shared communal front door I assume.
It probably needed that price reduction as the photo is a Summer one…..To me it is a real sign of poor agency when the agent is too lazy to update/refresh photos regularly, on property they struggle to sell.
