A series of training events are being laid on for estate and letting agents.
Organised by LegalforLandlords, the seminars will deal with issues ranging from the abolition of Section 21 to other regulatory changes, and the need to stand out from the competition.
Speakers are Sim Sekhon, managing director of LegalforLandlords, which provides tenancy referencing, insurance and legal services for the rental property sector, and training consultants Mike Day, Richard Rawlings and Sarah Edmundson.
They will be joined by performance coach Gayle Audley.
