Price reduction of the week: And this house has had £225,000 shaved off it on the first day of listing.
It’s down from £975,000 to £750,000, according to its listing on Zoopla.
We think that sounds like a bargain but interestingly, Zoopla’s own new valuation tool puts the property’s price estimate at £712,000.

Good spot. Wonder how many more are lurking out there.
LOTS.
Almost a daily occurrence.
How did I know it was going to be PB before I scrolled down the page.
I hadn’t even noticed it was a Bricks ad until the resident muppet pointed it out.
An admin error and this justifies a story?
We all know why though when we see which agent it is, probably Mr Barker with his constant spam tweeting to the editor of anything PB related.
You really should get a life, dom-boy – any hobby other than perving on my Tweets would go a long way to calm your troubled soul…
This is simply a typo….not a story…!!
This is an assumption…not a fact-based statement…!!
