The former head of country lettings at Savills has joined Keller Williams to run its new market centre in south Oxfordshire.

Tanya Blake, who was with Savills for 22 years, will be the operating principal of the latest Keller Williams outlet, to be called KW Oxygen.

Blake, who was previously based at Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, said: “I am incredibly excited to be opening a market centre in Oxfordshire, but what excites me the most is the ethos of the company to help agents build a better life for themselves and build successful businesses.

“I am looking forward to helping agents change their lives by using the systems and models Keller Williams have in place.

“I really believe there is a demand for this opportunity within our industry and I’m keen to share it with agents who want to build a career worth having.

“The culture and support here at Keller Williams has been incredible and joining them was an easy decision to make. ”

American brand Keller Williams, which has described itself as a training company which happens to be an estate agent, launched in the UK in 2014. It says it is the largest real estate company in the world, adding that its business is built on relationships.

A message on its UK site says: “Should you be looking for a trusted tradesman or even a dog walker, we’re devoted to bringing you joy.”
