Here’s an interesting trend – a politician listening to what an estate agent has to say.

Chancellor Sajid Javid (and former Housing Secretary) dropped into the north London offices of Martyn Gerrard yesterday.

There, he met managing director (and former NAEA president) Simon Gerrard.

Oh, and the office dog Robby. He was all ears.
