The Leaders Romans Group has announced the acquisition of a block management business.

The sum paid for Rebloom Block Management, based in the north-west, has not been disclosed.

The firm, founded by Mark Carey in 2013, currently manages around 550 units in and around Liverpool and Manchester.

All existing members of staff will remain with the business following the acquisition.

Matthew Light, director of mergers and acquisitions at Leaders Romans, said: “In addition to broadening our estate and lettings agency reach, we are also working hard to expand our block management services.”
