Agency website provider The Property Jungle has partnered with The Moving Hub to offer users a white-labelled conveyancing service.
Agents using The Property Jungle’s web templates will be able to embed a conveyancing quote calculator.
The Moving Hub platform, which offers referral fees upfront after a 14-day cooling-off period, links agents to a panel of conveyancers across England and Wales.
Peter Joseph, chief executive at The Moving Hub, said: “With agents and property professionals being squeezed from all angles such as legislation, Brexit, competition and market disruption, a growing number are looking for different ways to generate extra revenue whilst having the best online presence possible.
“This partnership achieves these objectives and illustrates how a joined-up tech approach can open doors to ancillary revenue streams.”
Mike Smithson, managing director of The Property Jungle, said: “We are always keen to give our clients the best opportunity to earn revenues from their websites and The Moving Hub presented as a genuine no-brainer to share with our clients.
“An upfront fee that is not clawed back if the transaction falls through, generating quotes in under 30 seconds, 24/7, seemed like the ideal uptick in income we should offer.”

Yes, agents have to declare they are receiving a referral fee for recommending the service. However given the fact the price the client will be receiving will be very competitive, even the referral fee build in, this does not cause issues.

Couldn’t agree more. How can consumers ever return to a degree of trust in estate agents if their interaction is complicated by so many referral arrangements that they cannot judge what is in their best interest.
Only the most vulnerable/naive are likely to be embraced by such deals and agents lose their souls and their professionalism by having to promote additional income streams where the service level experienced by clients and purchasers alike is below par.

Our aim is to increase the level of service customers and agents receive. Our business is built around service and the quality of our conveyancing panel, and I would like to think this is far from below par.
We know that the option will not be for all clients, but for a lot getting access to quality highstreet conveyancers with the support we offer and the other benefits we bring will be perfect.

Oh no! Please not another conveyancing package. We are about to get into a huge PPI like problem with distant and poor conveyancing advice, quite possibly with agents taking a great deal of responsibility for recommending out of town, out of touch conveyancing firms.

All of our Solicitors and Conveyancers within our network are fully vetted and we constantly monitor the service they are giving to introduced clients, to ensure this is to our exacting standards. We also support the client, conveyancer and introducer throughout the transaction.
All of our conveyancers are regulated by the SRA or CLC with the correct Professional Indemnity insurance in place.
The way in which we work is different from other networks and panels as we deal with the onboarding and placement of the client to the right conveyancer for them and the support throughout if required.
