Almost one third of Londoners (29%) have dropped their asking prices.

More than one in ten (11%) of properties have had a price drop of over £37,800, the average London salary.

Throughout London there are currently 19,699 properties with a reduction of over 10%.

The data comes from TwentyCi and is a snapshot of the London housing market on August 20.

Jamie Salisbury, at online agent Nested, said: “Amid this endless uncertainty and gloom there are great opportunities out there for buyers if they’re bold enough to seize them.”
