Franchising firm HomeXperts is to be wound up.

Documents filed at Companies House show that an extraordinary resolution to wind up was passed last week with a voluntary liquidator appointed.

The company was incorporated in May 2009, headed by Sussanne Chambers, and has three charges registered against it by Santander.

Darren Brookes and Molly Monks are named as handling the liquidation.
