OnTheMarket’s share price shot up almost 13% yesterday after the Sunday Times published a ‘buy’ recommendation.
The shares finished yesterday at around 118p, at one point hitting 120p, and up from a starting price of 107p.
Despite the 12.92% bounce yesterday, the shares are still a way off the high of 181p last May.

If Mr Springett keeps the leads coming as they are at the moment, and keeps my subscription low, then I feel it is job done. I realise the aspiration is to be number 1 portal – but the number 1 portal was dropped by my firm because we were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for very few poor quality leads ! This cannot be said for OTM, or Z for that matter !
I know there are many out there that feel they were ‘shafted’, particularly with the low share price, but this was never the reasons for so many gold members starting on this path.
“feel they were shafted”, substitute with “WERE SHAFTED”. That reflects the actual position, correctly.
The real figure that matters, the number of those joining OTM. 12500 at last announcement, much more work to do!
Really? They’ve overtaken Zoopla with more High Street Agents and are only 2000 behind RM. RM have the corporates and Online Agents as do Zoopla. OTM do not.
I think they are doing fantastic at present. All in the space of 11 months. Long may it continue and the OTM leads keep getting better and better.
