Gareth Overton, head of residential sales at southern firm Henry Adams, has been promoted to become an equity partner with immediate effect.
He joined Henry Adams from Countrywide in 2016 to oversee the sales operations across the company’s 16 branches located throughout West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey.
Chief executive Philip Jordan said: “Gareth is a very experienced estate agent and his drive and determination to keep Henry Adams at the forefront of estate agency in the southern counties has already had significant impact. “
