Rightmove is to host a free ‘Legislation Live’ event to help agents prepare for upcoming changes.
On Tuesday, December 5, agents will have the opportunity to hear from legal and industry experts at the new event.
Topics will include next May’s changes to data protection, the latest changes in legislation in the lettings market, and compliance in estate agency.
Agents will have the opportunity to put their questions to the speakers and find out what the key changes will mean for their business.
The event takes place at the Barbican, in London, from 9.15am.

it’s always about the south…. when they talk about “the property market” as though their is just one universal property market… the government wants to improve the home-buying process and cut out gazumping ! what gazumping … the government wants to tackle the shortage of affordable homes… just move North … plenty of affordable homes…
