easyProperty has now announced a “partnership” with Rightmove after making a similar announcement about Zoopla last week.

Saying that it has struck “a deal” with Rightmove, it says that all of its properties will go live on the portal from next Monday.

Robert Ellice, founder of easyProperty which has a 20-year arrangement to license the ‘easy’ brand, said: “Rightmove is the largest property portal site in the UK. This partnership is a crucial step for us.”

Announcement of the Zoopla deal led to some lively exchanges on this site, with agents querying whether the “partnership” was anything other than a routine subscription.

Landlords – easyProperty is launching with its initial focus entirely on the lettings sector – will pay £9.99 per property per week to list on Rightmove and Zoopla.

Enhanced listings on both will also be available at £34.99 per week, or £99 for two months.
