Property buying agents Heaton & Partners have merged with Merlin Dormer Property.

Merlin Dormer set up his business in 2001 and has since built a successful operation encompassing residential property search for both buying and rental clients, property management, as well as some commercial work.

Dormer previously worked with Savills and Chesterton and spent nearly ten years at Knight Frank, becoming a partner in the firm before leaving to establish his own firm.

He will now join Heaton & Partners at its London office as partner.

Edward Heaton said: “The merger will also boost our property management department. In London and the country we manage many investment properties on behalf of clients and our service extends to a full concierge service when required, including the employment and management of staff, procurement of cars and overseeing extensive refurbishment projects.”
